[APP] - Remove head and efficiency from Data Sheet conditions

We are not using the head and efficiency from data sheet conditions for any calculation or comparison, instead we do calculate head and efficiency based on suction and discharge conditions and use that values.
Therefore, it doesn't make sense to ask the user for this information.
