CICD: Pipeline to build a dev site

Hey all,

It would be so helpful for review if we had a dev site that could be deployed from a branch.

Could we set something up with Netifly or another hosting system that could deploy a branch as a site?

Just got me thinking when we were discussing #119 and we are already building the site to make sure it doesn't crash out - https://github.com/pharmaverse/examples/actions/runs/20782555818/workflow?pr=133
