Improve logging: Timings of function #80
Description
In very large simulations, the execution time of individual replications may vary considerably. It would be useful to have additional verbose logging option that would print how much time was spent running each replication in a design. This produces a long log, but it would be useful for trying to identify bottlenecks in large simulations run on computer clusters. This could also be split so that the time spent in Generate, Analyse (all functions separately if Analyse functions are provided as a list), and Summarize funcitons are logged separately.
