Proxy Protocol, HAProxy standard

I was working on this, then I saw that you made some work on the "PROXY" command.

I follow the RFC proposal published by HAProxy on their website:

I worked on v2 and took some of your work to support v1 as well:
master...pkarc:go-guerrilla:proxy-protocol

I'm glad about any help to implement or refine new features :)
As far as I can see, your "proxy-protocol" branch also includes quite a lot of new processors, could you slim it down to only the proxy enhancements?

I'll then have a detailed look into it, but from what I saw it looks quite good - also I also have to look into the RfC to fully understand to implementation.

Hey @phires just update a branch and I did separate the processors so its easy for everyone to take a look at it.
