chore(antlr): align Go grammar and lexer antlr files

This commit aligns the antlr grammar and lexer files for Go. It includes formatting, adding antlr-format directives, and updating the GoFullIdentListener.kt file to match the updated antlr grammar. This chore brings the antlr files into alignment with the current Go language specification.
