Docker installed but daemon not ruling

Docker installed  but it says: 
It looks like the Docker daemon is not running. Please start it before proceeding to the next step. 
I tried to start docker but  not starting, 
prompt show: Docker Desktop failed to start because virtualisation support wasn’t detected. Contact your IT admin to enable virtualization or check system requirements.
