Binary release for amd64 and arm64?

I am just curios, I cannot see any binary release of Pike for platform amd64/x86_64 (Windows) or arm64/aarch64 (Windows) or arm32/armhf (Linux). What is the reason I see only releases for 32-bit platforms and no release for ARM platform? Is file Pike-v8.0.1956-Windows-x86.msi for 64-bit windows? It is not clear...
The formal process of naming release packages could be improved.

You can definitely see the win32.msi which is the obvious 32-bits version for Windows

The x86 binary works fine on x86_64. Arm is not a supported platform for Pike 8.0 (it might work, we do not know). There should be arm64 binaries generated by the arm64 build machine in Pikefarm for Pike 9.0 and master, but I'm not sure why they are not present.
