Error during re-initialization of ACTIONS contract

I am encountering an issue when trying to re-initialize the ACTIONS contract in the initialize script of our project. The error message I receive is:

error: script failed with exit code: 1

This error occurs when the initialize script attempts to initialize the ACTIONS contract with the following command:

sozo execute --rpc-url $RPC_URL $ACTIONS_ADDRESS init
