Create Docker container for development #34
Description
Currently all the Dockerfiles are for deployment / runtime purpose. A container to create the WWW artefacts would also be beneficial. A start could be https://github.com/giantswarm/ppnet/blob/dockerize/Dockerfile. But there is some work to do.
