Selected nodes improvements

I think useful some features on selected nodes, as in https://github.com/kovacsv/Online3DViewer:

• show bound of currently selected node
• highlight currently selected node
• toggle (show/hide) currently selected node
• show materials for currently selected node (reported in an old issue)
