instance takes a lot of time before starting

We have migrated a bulidout based Plone instance to docker using plone-backend and plone-zeo, and we are seeing that it takes ages to start.

We have seen that the process is running this command:

  find /data -not -user plone -exec chown plone:plone {} \+

As our blobstorage is quite big, it takes a lot of time to run that command, and meanwhile the Zope instance is not up and running.

Is the previous said command necessary?

It only runs if the container is running as root, which is not a best practice. We should update the image to default to the plone user. But, see #62 for why that is a bit complicated.
