[bug] Use of `sudo` in platform.py breaks ability to re-run on hardened systems

Use of sudo in the argments-list for the platform-setup tasks breaks function's ability to function if sudoer system has been hardened.

…and, since watchmaker has to run as root, any way, is a superfluous option.
