Add a autoDispose off option for the controller.

If I set a controller then hide the widget on the page it throws an "A TextEditingController was used after being disposed." error.
There must be an option to disabe autoDispose of the controller.

A controller that is supplied to via QtyFormProps controller parameter should not be disposed().
