Set a proper value to `EO-Version` MANIFEST.MF attribute

Sbt-Assembly deletes MANIFEST.MF files by default. It seems like MANIFEST.MF for either `org.polystat.far` or `org.eolang.parser` contains an attribute called `EO-Version`, which gets lost in the process. I don't know how to restore its intended value. For now let it be the link to this issue.
