Error on convert projection class #32

Im using spring 2.3.6 and im facing the current exception

Looks like the framework cant bind the result to my projected class, described below

after long hours of debbuging, i`ve made these discoveries
1: for some reason, the method needsCustomConstruction() from returned type, was taking my empty constructor as prefered, threfore making the method returning false due to the lack of params on the constructor, before the removal of the empty constructor, now im facing the exception described above
