GraalVM, pre-compiled releases and extra performance

First, congratulations for the project. It looks promising!

I would like to suggest to pre-compile HashDB through GraalVM, to allow:

- easy distribution, without the need of a JVM to be able to run HashDB
- possibly even more performance
