Use on Windows

Hi Pete, 
I know windows use is not really supported, and I did not manage to get it working. (Linux seems to be fine though). I just thought it was worth letting you know that setting the CSDHOME path on windows seemed to break my CSD installation (perhaps I failed to do it within the virtual environment). Worth being aware of in case other people make the same mistake.
