self-recover number is not correct

So if you run the example.py, the status in the last day is

9999 of 10000 are infected in the last day and 9998 of them are recovered?

I think #infected + # recovered should be less than 10000.

I see. The evaluation in round 2 becomes "accumulated infected people"
but the document description is still "current infected people"
