Description
Describe the support needed
For example, adding a new user, archiving data, requesting more service units (SUs) on TACC resources, help with running software on TACC, etc.
Currently have a prestonlab Google Group, but it isn't used for anything. Should be possible to have people join the group, and then give that group access to key documents.
An alternative is to have an organized directory structure on Drive where a new lab member can be given access to the root directory and gain access to all the documents under it.

If reporting a bug, give step-by-step instructions to reproduce that bug, with as much detail as possible.
