Unable to find vcvarshall.bat while install pycrypto. Need help to solve this issue

hi i working on whatsapp extratctor just for learning purpose...which require pythone...
i follow each step as mention in :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1583021 and also install active phython but i dnt knw where m wrong.
Help me .
