README Add prerequisite of OmniAuth OpenIDConnect

It seems that you must have OmniAuth OpenIDConnect on your system as well as a pre-requisite to get this to install.

Get the code from here:
https://github.com/project-rhex/omniauth_openid_connect

Run:
bundle install

Then go back to simple_rhex to install that bundle.
