Loot plus redo

Loot plus makes it so you can change the drops from mobs its causing more lag than it should so a nice recode of it would be good.  We need to also add intergration into the mobstacker plugin if we can not then probs need to recode that as well lol. Anyways need to make it so creepers have a 50 % chance to drop tnt and make it so chickens have a 100% chance
