Add a bossbar Annoncements

Currently the annoncements play in the chat I thought maybe it would be a good Idea to play them in a bossbar? So like do /vote to vote for the server and get voting keys.  do /website to visit the server website. 
You can find a full list of the announcements in the auto announcer plugin to add to a bossbar.
