[Feature Request]: Event is not propagating out of tooltip component .

Description

Hi,

On click of component which is wrapped inside of tooltip component of manifest does not propagate event to its parent dom element.

Clicking on column header of these Table doesn't work as it is wrapped with tooltip component.
