Obtain per-characteristic protection

Right now, we stop processing a file at the first instance where cryptographically-protected BLE data is observed. A nice enhancement would be to incorporate UUID extraction and check for protection on a per-characteristic basis (such that we know exactly which characteristics have app-layer security applied).
