Add Proposals table #10
Description
We need the ability to create different proposals for the same project. This might be a larger undertaking. But the idea is that cabinet shops are presented with a project to bid on. They might want to bid the project exactly as specified, but they also often want to give the builder a value engineered option that removes some of the cost, but gives them most of the things they're looking for. So, they would need to produce two (or more) proposals for the same project and want to save both of them for future edits, etc. Right now, we only have the ability to have one price per project. It would be great for a user to be able to save one proposal and make a copy and edit it and then save the second version. We could then have a status on the proposals saying whether they have been submitted, accepted, rejected, etc.
