page refresh should persist URL

When looking at a cohort page (ie: https://headmaster2.herokuapp.com/2020-banana) if the user presses refresh (F5), then the page reloads to https://headmaster2.herokuapp.com/

I expect the page to retain the https://headmaster2.herokuapp.com/2020-banana URL after refresh.
