[Bug]: Unable to reference profile via popover when typing post content

Bug Description

Post parsing will look for pubkys in format pk:abcd... and display the username for them with hyperlink to that user's profile. The facilitate the pubky value input, pubky-app has a feature that displays a popover as the user begins typing a profile name in format @Bob.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Whilst creating a new post, type @ followed by the first few characters of a known profile name
2. Observer no popover is displayed that allows user to select a profile to insert its pubky into post content
