[Bug]: Long tag value in Hot Tags extends sidebar boundary

Bug Description

When a Hot tag with a long value is displayed in the right-sidebar it exceeds the right-side boundary used by all other elements.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a tag that has a max value length (20) 'Hot' by using it a lot (can be easily done in staging or local testnet)
2. Observe Hot Tags in right sidebar extended further right that all over elements in the sidebar
