Android and Ipad incompatablity complaint

It took me a while to get around to this email but I want to let you know that I did try the Smart-form app with the badge but I had issues with the camera on the app. I tried it on an android phone and on an iPad.

Here is more information about the bugs:

The Android phone was a Motorola Moto G, 4th generation. When the camera is clicked the app crashes:

For the Ipad: "I get the "align triangle" screen but it doesn't appear that the camera is turned on. I'm attaching a screen shot of that, too. If I push the button to take a picture, it takes a "photo" that is all black."

Perhaps we should just specify in the apple app store that it can't be downloaded from Ipad?

Hi @bihechen --the Android version was 7.0.

So I have fixed this and the camera is working. However, there might still be other problems owing to the difference between iPhone and iPad. Our original version runs well on iPhone but lack the process to check and apply rights from user, which lead to that problem. If anything comes up in further test we can still fix it.

However I heard that all apps developed by osu students have to use osu account to publish to apple store, so do you know where can I get access to it @shapironick ? After I find the way to publish it this can be marked as "solved"
