Add pylint static analyzer.

Pylint and Flake8 are the both top Python Linters
Pylint has more checks than Flake8 so should have better coverage in some areas than just Flake8.
Pylint also has an easier to understand reporting format.

There is no harm in running both, so why wouldn't you.
