What is the problem?

When using a fluid caravan, if you "mix" fluids while the caravan is waiting to fill, then the caravan will alchemically convert the volume of the first fluid into the second fluid.

eg. If you have a fuel fluid line that has different fluids at different times and it fills the caravan to 20k with gasoline, then 20k with acetylene, the result is 40k acetylene held by the caravan.

Note: My base will break pretty much no matter how this gets fixed :), since I didn't want to set up some complex logic for mixed liquid lines. Just let similar MJ fuels interconvert.
