pybay logos distorted on mobile

Describe the bug
when viewing the site on a mobile device, the logo is skewed in one direction and does not look good. Let's change formatting so logo is sized properly on both full laptop/desktop as well as mobile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On a mobile browser, go to 'pybay.org
2. See distorted logo

Expected behavior
A reasonably sized logo with the same aspect ratio as the original logo.
