pybay.org - propectus links broken in some browsers

Describe the bug
When browsing to https://pybay.org/sponsors/sponsor-us/ using Chrome, the image of the Sponsorship prospectus seems to display correctly - however if the user has a different browser such as firefox - the Sponsorship prospectus is missing and a Google placeholder of images / text asking about cooking is displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open firefox browser on a laptop/desktop
2. Browse to https://pybay.org/sponsors/sponsor-us/
3. See error

Expected behavior
The sponsorship prospectus should be displayed with all browsers - not just Chrome. Maybe we can't link to the PDF in Google Drive? perhaps there are Google Drive sharing issues - and we just need to upload the latest pdf.

Can we please verify the permissions for the prospectus. Is it accessible to anyone? or we need to make a copy that is open to everyone.

Yes - good idea. I checked the original link and it did not have "view public". Since this document changes frequently, I created a new copy with a different name, that anyone with a link could view.
The file is: PyBay_2025_Sponsorship_Prospectus.v_most_current_fully_public

We'll have to figure out a bulletproof workflow to make sure that future changes to the prospectus propagate to the website - I'm not sure if the best method is directly linking to the Google Doc (since future updates might get saved as new files with new file hashes), or just embedding this file in our website.

For now let's just get this fix up - but document how we want this to work in a readme. there are pitfalls with relying on filenames and manual processes like exporting to a special document every time.

I can fix this by just adding it as an image and not a google doc. But every time a change is made to it, we will have to reupload the image and make a new deployment.

@jaipurandare -- you already have access to the public table in Google Drive... you have access to the entire drive - so perhaps take a look through the Marketing folder first whenever you need a graphic? that might be faster

The prospectus changed versions due to edits in the text, but the table is the same as the one on page 2 of the latest prospectus. I think the main issue was that the graphic did not display in some browsers, so it's possible you already have the latest version.

Anyway - maybe the graphic should just be embedded on the site, rather than linked from Google... to avoid any potential permissions issues with Google at all.

I think this table will be relatively constant - it will change each year, but it's pretty much set for 2025
