QCS615: bluetooth is not working

BT is not being detected on QCS615 Ride: https://lava.infra.foundries.io/scheduler/job/146273

BT is working, when test with the latest build with kernel 6.19.0-00713 in https://quic-yocto-fileserver-1029608027416.us-central1.run.app/qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom/22329555903-1/qcom-distro/qcs615-ride/ .
And Kernel version in the job https://lava.infra.foundries.io/scheduler/job/146273 is 6.19.0-rc8-00570.
