This should have been fixed by 3cae974 so in your CI workflow you should either

• Install a newer version of Pandoc
• Install pkgdown from GitHub pak::pak("r-lib/pkgdown") or from R-universe install.packages('pkgdown', repos = c('https://r-lib.r-universe.dev', 'https://cloud.r-project.org')).
