stimav4: some data are not transmitted to broker

In some situation, when radio communication is broken not all messages are recovered when problem is solved.
The station have the data on SDcard because they can be recovered by recovery RPC

Add Fix Bug:
Forced exit from the data transmission function has been added for correct error reporting in order to exclude data loss. In some cases this was not guaranteed generating the problem
