Feature request: img tags in the content part should be lazy loaded or by demand

Hi Rafael,
been starting to integrate simplehar in sitespeed.io and one thing that I think can be changed is when I test pages with 200-300 request and many images, all images is img src tags in the HTML, so the browser will download all images, even though they are only showed when you click in content. Maybe the img tag can be created when you click on the content link instead, so the browser doesn't need to download all images?

No I didn't, I don't use the project anymore.
