Is it possible to detect light/dark schemes to switch the theme in Sublime Merge?

It would be nice to be able to sync the Theme as well and not only the Scheme

A first take on this issue has been made on: adf8706

It tries to detect the the of colour scheme by the name. However for schemes with names like base16-material-panelight doesn't work as it should.

I’m thinking of prompting the user which color theme should be applied in Sublime Merge after having selected the scheme in Sublime Text.

It would only happen when the color couldn’t be determined by the plugin and there would be a setting to turn this feature off.
