biome_type.ccp includes dfhack.h, should be DFHack.h

I encountered this issue as I made use of that code in a plugin (embark-assistant, which may or may not be accepted) and it was rejected by the Travis checking tool. You may want to change it to make your code case sensitive environment compatible.
