Possible to send build folders directly back to client, and not just to AWS?

The students in ECE 408 2018SP brought this up. It would be cool to add a flag to the client that allows them to specify a local file that the gzipped build folder could be directly downloaded to.
It would still need to be uploaded to AWS  regardless for grading purposes.
