run.sh can only be run once on the cluster #2
Description
Currently, you can only run the experiments once after you have launched VMs on OpenStack (Appendix A in the tutorial). So, if you want to run another set of experiments, you currently have to tear down all the VMs and then recreate them. This is a slow and error-prone process.
