I get the above error when I run vim.

What's my problem?

As I see, you are use NeoBundle for plugin management.
Plug 'rdnetto/YCM-Generator' , { 'branch': 'stable'} is vim-plug command (another VIM plugin manager). Delete last line in your vimrc and rerun vim.
