cannot map reads with BWA!

I am trying to use DISPbind to analyze my data as bellow:

I am wonder:

1. we need not to clean our rawdata before DSIPbind because we will use PICARD later, right?
2. It keeps warning Broken pipe but I am sure the cpu is enough, so from which I can solve this proble?
