Add JS control to the SVG timeline export

The SVG export containing the timeline (when multiple samples available) should be controllable by clicks instead of just over when script tags are supported.
If so, we need:

- [ ] Toggle on click to play / pause + change icon from pause to play
- [ ] Control global animation time by clicking on any segment
- [ ] Display title on section hover so that users know where they are going to
