OpenLayers assets have moved #2
Description
I believe with the release of OpenLayers 3, some of the assets have changed URL's. I would have submitted a Pull Request, but I'm not entirely sure which to use.
The OpenLayers.js is available here: http://openlayers.org/api/OpenLayers.js but I couldn't find the style.css and google.css
