Move the browse page to the rsc_taxonomy module #2
Description
Migrated from https://github.com/refstudycentre/misc/issues/4
The page callback rsc_cl_browse() does not belong in this module. Move it to rsc_taxonomy. The following should be configurable per vocabulary:
- Whether the vocabulary has a browse page
- The URL of the browse page
