Is there any reason for blocking having maximize-value in multi-objective objective?

I see you flatten the objectives before some of the validations, but not before check_e1607_jobs_with_value_but_no_objective

My suggestion here:

    let has_no_value_objective = !objectives.iter().any(|objective| matches!(objective, MaximizeValue { .. }));

    let has_no_value_objective = !get_objectives_flattened(objectives).any(|objective| matches!(objective, MaximizeValue { .. }));
