develop web interface for experiment designer, inspired by movie editting interface

Interfaces for movie designers with timescale, zooming in and out, and having multiple lines indicating different subsystems (arena, plugins, etc), as well as blocks and other experimental structure details. Use them to visually generate / review experimental protocols.

First plan, then mock up an interface, and finally tie it in to the YAML protocol generation.

The evaluation would require both reviewing movie editing tools and specifying all of the details that the YAML file would require and keeping track of the degrees of freedom the user would have to move things around in the interface (limited to keep protocol structure valid, etc. )
