Anthony: What happens to folks that had previously paid the 200 sats? And also... And I'm sorry for asking in advance given all the headache that you folks already had with remote signers, but you know... Remote signing support pretty please?

Laeserin: How can I tell which users have premium cloud fodder and 121 others ? Will I see that in the CSV?
Laeserin: If someone doesn't pay, do they get tagged in the list as "dormant" or something?
Laeserin: I'm assuming that my previous subscription remains, so if I let the premium one slide, then I fall back to that?

Chipnl: Gave this a try. The login option for iOS (nostore) is not available in my area. Here’s some sats anyway. Npub! Or zap to write. Both are low barrier once you’re set up here.

Beave: This also doesn't seem to work: (the historical data for relay stats, didn't load).

This is an interesting one. What should we do with people that paid once long ago? Currently, it may be a bad experience as they will see a possibly large balance (from the time that they originally paid, monthly cost until current). Unsure yet what to do here. We may need to credit them to bring them up to date, or something like that. Or perhaps they will pay it and it's a non-issue.

However, if they don't sign in, they won't see balances or history, because they're just pasting a pubkey. They will still be able to pay without signing in.

I was just thinking about this, there should be an easy way to do this. I can add it so there is a reason "paid premium", or just "premium" for these signups. You can query the list of NIP05's but we don't know they actually signed up for one so I think adding it to the reason is the best option.

Currently, nothing happens. I think what needs to be built is a management centric portal to show all the subscriptions, be able to send DM reminders about past-due, and etc. This is not built out yet.

The subscription will not automatically change from premium to standard, it will just continue to rack up the bills at premium rate.. Ideas?

The portal will let you enter a pubkey, to check status without signing in. And will also accept payments. It's interface is not as complete though, you cannot see the billing history or the plan, all you can do is make payments toward that pubkey (because it's essentially an anonymous login).

The statistics server does not always return the data in time .. I need to up the timeouts here.

This is a bug, I think it happens when someone has previously had a subscription or if their browser cache has old data. I saw it happen, but when I hard refreshed it was gone. Is this still the case? I need to track down why that happens if it frequently happens.

This is fixed now. It will calculate the cost of the users subscription starting the first day that they've paid, regardless of whether they were already in the relay Access list or not.
